Most Of Your Aches & Pains Stem From Dehydration.
By Lynette Simango
Water is as essential to the human being as it is to plants. Most of us think we are supposed to drink water when we are feeling thirsty. This is so wrong❌❌. In the same way, you are not supposed to wait for your plants to wilt first before you water them, that’s how you always keep your body hydrated.
You have a headache, your muscles are weak and you are having cramps, you are feeling tired/fatigued, your skin is dry, and constipation has become your daily bread. I will tell you this blunt truth👉 You likely don’t need a doctor, you need just need Water! . Granted if you make an effort to stay hydrated and are still suffering from some or all of these symptoms it maybe prudent to see your doctor. Let’s however cultivate a habit of drinking water every chance we get and watch that skin glow, and your body mood lighten up. Fruits and vegetables also help on preventing dehydration so if you can’t stand tasteless water, watermelons may come in handy.
