Yeast infections are a problem for many people and they can actually make your life very difficult to live. If you think you may have a yeast infection, the first thing you should do is talk to your medical provider. However, they are several home remedies that might provide relief. Some of these remedies use ingredients that you might already have in your home e.g greek yoghurt, appler cider vinegar, coconut oil, garlic, vitamin C & E suppliments etc. The list is long but with Garlic you can either buy or grow in your garden which makes it easily accessible and less costly. All you need to do is add more garlic to your diet. With Vitamin C &E, you can either obtain them through suppliments or naturally -Vitamin C (citrus fruits, bell pepper, strawberries, tomatoes) and Vitamin E (plant-based oils, nuts, seeds, fruits, and vegetables). Remember it doesn’t have to cost you for it to be effective.
